ProMove TM GmbH attaches great importance to the protection of the privacy rights of its customers, in particular data protection compliance. As a result, we comply with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act (DSG), the Federal Data Protection Act (VDSG) and the Basic Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR).

For your part, there is no obligation to provide us with all data requested by us. The collection and processing of this data is a personalized and best possible answer to your contact request, including our legitimate interest in computing within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 letter. f GDPR. An objection to this data processing is possible at any time (more about this point VII).

  1. Create a profile

You can create your own profile on our websites www.online.promovetm.com and www.careermanager.promovetem.com. On one hand, your profile will provide you with access to regular updates (for example, current modules and workshops) provided on our platform as part of the subscription to be released, and on the other hand, you will have the opportunity to use our services within your profile ( in particular interviews, films, games, modules, interactions and workshops). You can manage your personal data in your profile at any time.

  1. Request for a subscription

To create a profile at all, you need a subscription. To do this, you must create a subscription request and register for it under the "Save subscription now" section. For this we need the following personal data, which will be automatically deleted after expiry of the subscription:

  • First given name
  • Business
  • Position
  • Street, Nr.
  • Postcode
  • Place
  • Telephone
  • E-Mail
  • Language

Upon receiving your request for a subscription, we will contact you by telephone to discuss your needs. Only then can a personal profile be created (more on this below, lit. b)) and a subscription worked out.

We will use the information you provide to create a subscription and personal profile for you (see b) below) and to best tailor our services and products to your specific professional and personal needs.

By signing up for a subscription, you give us your consent to process the information you provide to complete a subscription and profile, to send regular updates, to statistically evaluate your user behavior, and to improve our products and services. Your consent is our legal basis for the processing of your personal data i.S.v. Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Subscribers receive regular updates (for example, current modules and workshops) via the platform via e-mail. If you no longer want updates, you can unsubscribe at any time (contact details above). In addition, each update contains a link with which you can unsubscribe from the updates.

For Private, the duration of a subscription is one year and is not renewable. For corporate customers, the duration of a subscription is also one year and automatically renewed for another year, unless the subscription is terminated three months before expiry.

  1. Profiling

After you have registered an enquiry for a subscription and you have contacted us (more on this above, letter a)), a personal profile will be created for you and a password will be sent to your specified e-mail address. Only with valid profiling will your request for a subscription be confirmed and a subscription worked out.

For the creation of your personal profile, we need the same data that was already collected when registering for the request for a subscription (more on this above, letter a)). This data will be deleted automatically after deletion of the profile or after expiry of the subscription (more on this, see a)).

We use the information you provide to create a personal profile for you. Your data regarding your professional orientation serve us to best support your professional reorientation. Your personal coordinates enable us to communicate with you. When you log in to your profile, we also use your e-mail address as a login name for your identification.

Furthermore, we use your data to analyze our website and improve its effectiveness. By creating your profile, you expressly agree to the storage and use of your data for market research purposes.

All activities that you do in your profile can be saved (especially when you have looked at which products). This gives us the opportunity to provide you with individual content about our products and services. All content and components of your profile are visible to you at any time.

By registering for a subscription, you give us your consent to process the data you provide to complete a subscription and profile, to statistically evaluate your user behavior and improve our products and services. Your consent is our legal basis for the processing of your personal data within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR.

You can delete your profile at any time by contacting the above contact details with your request. Your profile will automatically be deleted at the end of your subscription (see above, letter a)).

  • Disclosure of data to third parties

Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if you have given your express consent, if there is a legal obligation or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to assert claims between you and ProMove TM GmbH.

Furthermore, we are entitled to disclose your personal data to third parties, if this is necessary for the provision of services and for analysis of your user behavior.

If you click on such links, you are leaving our websites, third-party websites are not covered by the data protection regulations set out here. In order to secure your personal data stored against manipulation, loss and unauthorized access to best effect, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures. If new technologies are available, we will update these measures.

All employees are required to maintain data confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
